Shipping & Delivery

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

It's a flat 90 EGP anywhere in Egypt, and free on orders of 1,600 EGP or more.
Your order would usually arrives within 1-5 working days.

Do you deliver across Egypt?

Yes, everywhere, at the same flat rate.

How do I track my order?

Our courier will call you to confirm. Want an update? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number anytime.

What if I refuse my order?

That's your right. If it's refused without a reason, we'll ask you to cover the shipping fee.

Can I check my order before paying?

Yes, you can check it with the courier before completing the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return my order?

Of course! You have 14 days after receiving it. Just keep it unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

How do I start an exchange or return?

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. If you changed your mind or picked a different size, the shipping is on you.

What if I get the wrong or damaged item?

Our mistake, our cost. Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo or video, and we'll sort it out.

How long do refunds take?

Usually 1-5 days. We send it back the way you paid, or by wallet transfer if you paid cash on delivery.

Size & Care

How do I choose my size?

Check the size chart on each product page. Most of our pieces are oversized, so go with your true size for the oversized look, size down for a closer fit, or size up for extra baggy. Still unsure? Send us your height and weight on WhatsApp and we'll help you pick.

How do I wash my pieces?

Follow the care guide on the product page and on the hangtag that comes with each piece.
