RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BC Store, customer satisfaction and trust are important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Return & Refund Period

Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their order.

  1. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Include original tags and packaging if available

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund approval.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Orders

BC Store takes full responsibility for any errors caused by our side.

We will cover all return or exchange shipping costs if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was sent
• The wrong size was sent by BC Store

In such cases, customers will not pay any additional shipping fees.

  1. Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange or return an item due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Choosing an incorrect size during checkout

The customer will be responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

  1. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a wallet transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after approval.
